Don't Be Afraid To Be Selfish 

well don't be unnecessary selfish ;) just when you know your overworked or to stressed that you can't function to your usual ability thats probably a sign you need a time out!!

Having to function efficiently when stressed is not a good combination as your wasting energy and time. Its like trying to write with a blunt pencil, you need to sharpen it for it to work efficiently just like your body needs time to reset. 

Take time to get creative the best ideas tend come when you’re most relaxed because,this gives your mind a chance to think freely. Try something new or do something you are passionate about. Sleep can do wonders to the mind.


Allow yourself the chance to take a step back and review what you have done and what needs to be done. delegate what needs to be done what you should put your focus to taking a step back can provide clarity. 

Breath take a brake to focus on yourself. switch of from everything and do what relaxes you be that sport, reading,journaling, go for a walk do what you need to de stress even if that means cancelling plans to have some me time.



Don’t forget to eat well and keep hydrated cause when the work piles you we tend to neglect what we put in break. 

If worst comes to worst then just plug n some headphones and just focus on the music and clear your head.
